Why do some blister packaging machines offer high prices? Where is the money spent?
1. Raw materials: high-strength thick steel is preferred, and the square tube material is welded to form, the frame is stable and firm, and will not be deformed for a long time. Inferior materials will cause the frame to have a short service life, deform and break.
2. Process: The rack is transported to a special organization for painting/baking treatment. In order to save costs, small factories often paint themselves, and the paint often falls off after the equipment is used in the later stage, which leads to rust and aging.
3. Accessories: Imported core accessories, preferentially choosing accessories supplied by major foreign manufacturers, such as Delta servo motors. Imported parts are much more expensive than domestic ones.
4. Service: What service cost is needed for a machine? Both pre-service and post-service require costs.
