Use of vacuum pump for blister packaging machine | blister packaging machine manufacturers
Start: After confirming the oil level, the vacuum pump can be started. The vacuum pump can be started only after the first start and every time the wiring is changed.
Operation: Before normal operation, the inlet pipe valve should be closed, and the pump should be operated for more than 15 minutes under the limit pressure state, so that the water vapor in the gas can be effectively extracted. The motor should not be started frequently (should be less than 6 times/hour). (Note: When the pump is running normally, the surface temperature of the oil separator, pump body, pump cover, etc. will exceed 70℃. Do not touch with your hands; do not add oil when the pump is running.
Ultimate pressure measurement; the ultimate pressure should be measured directly at the suction port of the pump with a compression vacuum gauge. After the pump is used for one time, used after long-term storage, and after changing the new oil, the air port should be closed for at least 1 hour. After the pump reaches the working temperature and the pump oil is fully degassed, measure the pressure.
Vacuum pump oil: The vacuum pump should use vacuum pump oil that meets the requirements of the SHO528-92 standard. Use ISO-VG100 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil when the ambient temperature is between 10°C and 40°C. Use ISO-VG32 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil when the ambient temperature is 0℃-10℃. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level must be at 14-3/4 of the height of the oil window. The oil level and oil contamination should be checked frequently. If the oil level is too low, stop the pump and add the vacuum pump oil to 3/4 of the oil window. The pump changes oil after 150 hours of operation at a time. Change the oil after a full 500 hours of work. At the same time as the oil change, the filter should be replaced. If the oil becomes blackened, emulsified, and thickened if it is contaminated, the oil should be changed in time. And clean the pump before adding new oil.
