1. Adopt a full set of Japanese Mitsubishi man-machine interface, PLC and servo control system. Convenient operation, high precision, and lower failure rate.
2. The photoelectric tracking system adopts an imported three-color mark sensor, which can sense all colors and output a strong signal to ensure that the color film is used, and the color film can be accurately aligned with the forming area of the base film.
3. The feeder is made of 316 stainless steel, with interlayer heating function, and the piston can be removed for cleaning.
4. All the outer cover materials are made of food grade 3042B stainless steel and aluminum alloy and assembled.
5. The pneumatic part adopts original solenoid valve and air cylinder.
6. Optional coding mechanism.
